Indiana became a state on December 11th, 1816.  Here's an early map showing the 1st counties in Indiana, including our Jefferson County.

We're still in the process of identifying the exact date that Hanover High School began.  Nearby Saluda High School started in 1910.

Here's one of the 1st sports stats on record of Hanover High School that we have.  The Boys basketball team lost to Brownstown in the Sectional Tournament.  Just 5 years later, the Hanover Bulldogs would win the Sectional tournament!!!  We'll update these pages as more info becomes available.
